Foxtel has always largely focused its marketing campaigns on acquisition. In 2017; however, the brand saw a need to evolve its marketing strategy and profile its tentpole shows in order to compete more effectively against the continued rise of streaming services Stan and Netflix.

Foxtel saw positive uplift in key engagement metrics including the best season ratings for some of its core programming. Our activity also gave the team greater insight into non-subscriber upper-funnel activity which they then used to nurture customers along the path to subscription.
